Amy Justin, at Scared Rose Tattoo, is amazing! I absolutely love body art and over the last 6 months I stashed away money to get this beautiful piece of art inked onto my arm…

Hydrangea’s are one of my favorite flowers. In general “the hydrangea stands for friendship, devotion and understanding.” Every time I see of a hydrangea I think of my Grandparents and my Great Aunt and a reminder to be an understanding and kind person. Look at you all inked up… I never thought you’d be a tat-girl. It totally works on you!
A beautiful flower, send it to Norm, what would be say!
No way – I’m not sending it to N. He would just make fun of me…
That is a beautiful tattoo. Hydranges (especially the blue ones) are my favorite flower. Too bad I don’t live in or near SF, CA, or I would go to Amy. Thanks for sharing your picture. =)
@catylorain Thanks for reading the blog. Amy is an amazing artist. She might be moving to Brazil soon, which is sad. I’ll have to find a new tattoo artist.
I’ve been searching for hydrangea art or tattoos. I want a pink one on my right shoulder. This would be my first tattoo and I’ve been thinking about it for a long time. The hydrangea means a lot to me also. My grandparents house in the bay area, the pink bush outside my bedroom window growing up, and my plans to have a bunch of hydrangea bushes at my (future) house by the coast. How much was your tattoo if you don’t mind me asking?
@Kira – I honestly don’t remember. Since I posted this I added 2 more blossoms to my arm, plus leaves. At the time Amy charged $150 per hour. You should contact her; she is an amazing artist.
