Waterfront Living…

by Tammy on April 20, 2009

I’m still reading through my Sunday New York Times and the magazine, but had to share this lovely article with you. I’m sure my water loving, tiny house enthusiast friends will enjoy this as much as I did. :)

Stewart Brand, the Whole Earth Catalog founder, lives in The Mirene. It’s a working, 64-foot-long tugboat that was built in 1912 and it’s only 450 square feet!

If you have a chance, check out the latest edition of the New York Times Magazine. There are articles on eco-consciousness, becoming a green entrepreneur, community, nature and it’s relation to happiness and more.

@Steph @Dracenea – I’m glad both of you like the boat. It is so beautiful! I love what he did with the interior, especially the bathroom. :)
