One of the best things about downsizing our lives is having more time to spend with friends and family members. Yesterday, we spent an amazing day with our parents and went wine tasting. The weather was absolutely perfect.

My weekend has been filled with craft stores!
I finished a book last night and am almost done with a cross-stitch that I’m making for someone. I have to work tonight but only for a few hours. Hopefully I don’t have to work tomorrow!

I love this picture, and am glad you had a great weekend! I spent it gardening, mainly, but there was time for friends also.
Sounds like you had a great weekend. Saturday and Sunday were warm and sunny so we cycled out to our nearest airfield and had a picnic on the grass. I’ve had a pilot’s license for quite a few years now but not been able to fly in the UK as I had laser surgery and that was a medical disqualification here. Last week I found that the rules changed while I was living abroad and I’ll be able to get my medical back now. Spent a happy couple of hours explaining flying small planes to my girlfriend and thinking about possibly next year having enough money to start flying again occasionally.
Spent Sunday watching some ebay auctions finish and packing up parcels to send out, and drinking wine in the garden under a clear blue sky.
Not a bad weekend at all, and wonderfully relaxing.
