Sacramento Tweed Ride

by Tammy on November 9, 2009

On Sunday, I attended the inaugural Sacramento Tweed Ride and it was a smashing success! About 80 people showed up for the ride (twice as many as expected) and the weather was perfect.

Spending the day outside, meeting up with like-minded riders, bloggers and twitter friends was a fantastic birthday present.

Thanks to Rick and Erin for organizing such an amazing event! We had a lovely time. :)

O.M.G. The drink was amazing. It’s new and was recommended by the bartender. But I can’t remember the name… ):

The ride was so fun. Now I want to dress in tweed everyday! Thanks so much for reading RowdyKittens. Hugs…

I agree! We should plan a double date and dress in tweed. :)

Berry Bramble is the name of that drink and the bartender’s name is Jason. He said he works Sundays and he made some fantastic cocktails. The “white linen” was another terrific beverage! They were the best thing we have tasted in quite a while.
