I stumbled across an amazing e-book, 279 Days to Overnight Success, on my lunch break earlier this week. I’m about halfway through the book; it’s inspiring and a fast read. One my favorite quotes, from the book, reminded me of the fundamental concepts associated with simple living.

You don’t have to live your life the way other people expect you to.

For me, living the good life is feasible in small spaces and without a lot of stuff. I also think this idea can be applied to many areas of life, from relationships to career choices. It makes me wonder how different the world would be if people were engaged in activities that made them happy and lived simpler lives.
